You may delete your account at any time via the “Close this account” link on your Settings page. If you close your Sirv account, we will mark your account in our database as “Closed,” but will keep your account information in our database for 180 days. This is to deter fraud, by ensuring that persons who try to commit fraud are unable to avoid detection simply by closing their account and opening a new account. During this period, your personally identifiable information will not be used by us for any further purpose, except as necessary to prevent fraud and assist law enforcement, as required by law, or in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

What if my data is breached?

If any security incident were to expose personally-identifying information, we will email those whose data was or may have been exposed, to explain what happened and describe any steps that might be required to secure their account. A description of the incident will also be published on our blog.

Email opt-out

We send emails to our users and those who have subscribe to our newsletter, to keep them informed of their account usage and provide information about the service. You may opt-out of emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email.

How we use cookies

We do not use cookies to deliver the core Sirv services, such as the Sirv image viewers.

We do use cookies and pixel tags on the sirv.com website to identify your IP address, browser type, domain name, and specific web pages through which you click. This data is used to help us look for trends to improve our website and your interactive experience. The cookies used by this website do not contain any personally identifying information or sensitive information.
